Research and Development

As a part of our 8000 sq. ft. technology development centre our Research and Development (R&D) unit is fully functional to undertake variety of reactions from milligram to kilogram scale. It is equipped with all the necessary equipment’s to carry out reactions with temperature ranging from -78oC to 150oC andcarrying out dry reactions under inert gases. We have access to published researchand review articles in international journals. In R&D we have successful developed variety of projects involving range of reactions from alkylation, metal catalysed coupling reactions, reductions, Formylation, Grignard reaction, nBuLi reaction to name a few. We are well supported by facilities viz. Liq. Nitrogen, walk in fume hood, rotatory evaporators, chromatographic purification, UV chamber, inert gases nitrogen and argon. In addition we have pilot plant to support in house scale-up of the reactions.

Pilot plant at our technology development centre constitutes an important part of our technology development centre. It serve us in two ways, first It allows us to do validation studies and process optimisation studies enabling us to fine tune our technology/process before taking it to the plant for production. Second it also allows us to quickly scale up our chemistry from R&D to meet client’s demands. Our pilot plant facility constitutes Glass assemblies from 20 to 200 Lit., Centrifuge, Tray dryer, Water jet vacuum system, 26 HP electricity connection. It is manned by highly motivated team of research professionals.

We undertakemanufacturing of productsfor our esteemed customers. We have dedicated team to look after every aspect of plant selection depending upon the need of the process and delivery schedule. Currently we have two dedicated production facilities with total reactor space of 20 KL (GLR & SSR) under our management.
